Board Meeting 02-18-15
Projects recently completed:
The tennis court replacement.
Sod replacement and road repair next to the tennis courts completed.
Projects in the works:
Replacement of the guy wire posts for the Memorial H all internet tower.
Replacement of impellers in 2 of the high service pumps at the water plant.
Lift station repairs due to inorganic materials being forced through the system's submersible pumps.
Repair of the ice maker in the clubhouse kitchen.
Fut ure projects:
Repair of the rear wall of the recreation building. Awaiting drawings.
Replacement of the basketball. 2015-2016 fiscal year.
Upgrade the monitoring system on the waste and water plants.
Waste plant repairs and improvements. 2015-2016 fiscal year.
Maintenance items:
The divider curtain on the right hand side in Memorial H all was pulled out of the wall. The repair is under way and should be completed this week.
The picnic table frames are being put together for use under the oaks.
Grounds keeping continues.
Housekeeping items:
As requested, a damage report will be posted with the Manager's report beginning this month. Read damage report attached.
