Corrected minutes of Oct 16, 1986 approved (there was a mistake in the purchase price of the Hustler equipment).
Results of the Gatehouse project presented and discussed. Cost exhorbitant and would result in significant fee increase. Member questioned the legality of placing it on ballot to be voted on. It was decided 6/2 to NOT put it on the ballot.

Declined to put on ballot after inquiry because it had been voted down in 1983 and many owners reached their 35% maximum concrete coverage on lot. Motion to rescind previously-adopted motion to "study and discover" owner desire to increase shed size. Motion passed 7/1.
