Report by Adult Park Committee (APC) and its efforts to present the Adult Oriented Neighborhood concept to the owners. Motion to align APC with Elections Committee to solicit all owners to turn in ballots to pass the Adult Park amendment. Only 50 mailed ballots had been sent back with two weeks remaining for the meeting. Motion ruled out of order and withdrawn. It was finally agreed that Election and Adult Park Committees would work together for the sole purpose of encouraging owners to return ballots. Motion made to instruct attorney to cease litigation about some "disturbance" on Blue Quill. Motion failed. President says "selling fruits and vegetables inside the park" is not a violation of the Covenant against commercial business "because they are there for our convenience"! President also encourages people to vote for the amendment; says need 594 votes.
