This is on the application submitted by D Brnd and Bb St aib with my comments in RED:
This is the "answer" Bb and D gave which was required by Polk County on the Application.
There is not one shred of evidence or documentation that these towers "were turned over to the Association". This will be stated at the hearing as a material defect in the application.
This is the tower on St aib's parcel at 28GH; it serves all those 887 including 110 customers INSIDE SLohA. The billable customer includes bulk customers and the true number of connections is much higher
ALL THIS FUSS and EXPENSE to underwrite internet use by 339 people in S-bag!
Note that this Application is FOR ONE OR MORE NEW TOWERS AT THE BEACH AREA!
The "Service Area" INSIDE or OUTSIDE S-bag? Are we ugli-fying up our beautiful property to serve 339 people in here and the outside Polk County "service area"?
