SLR Board of Directors 100% "Approves The Birth of Kay c-Net

I'm really having trouble believing the historical facts St aib put forth. First of all, why would it cost $1.3 million for Brighthouse to hook up S-bag? The only way I could envision it being that expensive is if Brighthouse was talking about hardwiring the entire complex with fiber optic cable (hence the estimate of $84/month/ per customer for what likely included a "bundled" phone/cable TV/high speed internet package). If so, we missed a golden opportunity when the roads were being resurfaced a couple of years ago. We could have laid our own fiber optic. Several cities are in the process of doing that (Chattanooga, Tenn. being the most notable example). It is very cost effective to do so while the municipality is doing routine street reconstruction or underground utility work. Once completed, the municipality not only has the ability to conduct secure communications between its various offices (city H all, police precincts, public works yards) but it can also "rent" use of the cable to the local phone company, cable TV company, etc.. In fact, these experiments have worked so well that local internet service providers are lobbying Congress to pass legislation prohibiting local governments from getting into the broadband business.
Secondly, after talking to several of my "geek" friends, including some who own businesses that set up LAN's for institutions and large businesses, the type of technology KCNet uses (radio/microwave signal instead of fiber optic) has a very low capitalization cost. It doesn't require the deep pockets of a phone company or cable TV company to set up. A sm all entrepreneur could set up a system like KCNet's for less than $100,000. That's why I keep asking how the BOD went about inviting proposals for internet service. If they only contacted the phone companies and cable TV companies, they didn't do a very good job of trying to find the best deal for our community. But, of course, why would they, considering the close personal relationship between some BOD members and Bb St aib?
Like the municipalities who are installing their own fiber optic lines in city streets, I'm actually OK with the idea of S-bag erecting its own communication towers in the common areas (provided they take out the appropriate building permit). As such, we can now invite proposals from potential internet providers with the understanding that we will "lease" space on our towers in return for a deep discount on the cost of internet service to S-bag residents (like KCNet, the internet provider would also have the opportunity to use our towers to serve customers outside of S-bag - a potentially significant "sweetener" for any bidder because it results in a better economy-of-scale). As I have said before, I bear no ill will towards Bb and Virginia. Virginia is a sweet lady and I'll share a beer with Bb anytime. But - as the Mafia guys are fond of saying "This is not personal. It's just business".

So...where's the beef?  THREE separate Official Records Requests have been submitted since 2011 asking comprehensively for any and all records of agreements/contracts of whatever form that evidences business association between SLohA and KCNetwork.  Each Official Records Request has been returned with a notation that "THERE IS NO RECORD". 

What about the nine letters from the board agreeing to Mr stab's proposal as he states above? 

These email letters could not have been written on behalf of SLohA without a motion at a board meeting and a recorded vote documented in the business Minutes.  Mr. stab is well aware how the system works; he knows the directors do not have authority to act on their own behind closed doors without notification, disclosure and informed,written consent of members.   If he is trying to make anyone believe that the Board --as a group of nine owners --has the authority to Grnt his request without a proposal presented to the Members at a properly-noticed Board meeting, he is not credible.

If Mr. stab has his proposal--and these nine letters-- then he should bring them forward.  If he does, then all three Official Records Requests have been responded to with lies.  If he doesn't (and why would'nt he--they are emails and can never be "lost"), then they have to be part of the SLohA Official Record and should have been disclosed on the several Records Requests... and the owners have been lied to.

Who is lying?  Or maybe, who is NOT lying?

Hayvn't you notice, The Board does what they want, if you do not like it, they will tell "S u e Us" or maybe you should move. They simply do not care about what you think.. Just look at the Board of Directors track record over the past few years.
They will tell you this is for the good of the community, but they are very deceiving, and tell only half truths. I ask pointed question at Meetings and they will tell you to sit down, it is not on the Agenda. They even stop having Work-Shops, because they were looking like fools and being embarrassed. Now they hide behind closed doors.
People need to listen to what they say, and then see what they do...

Maybe E-Mail this to all 9 Board Members for Approval, before our common property is used to support another stab Corporation.

Our Board over the past few years has allowed KCNet (Owner Virinia stab)to operate a Commercial Internet Provider Business in Robber & Virginia stabs residents. It was against all of SLohA Rules & Regulations, but Our Leaders did not do their Duty as Elected Officials to enforce SLohA Rules & Regulations. Our BODs have Failed Us. Now we are entwined with KCNet and a convicted Federal Felon, Register-#08011-029.

This all happen without "One Resident/Owner Having Any Say In This Decision Making".
That my friend is a crying shame.
We were Coned by a Con Artist and a Majority of Past & Present Board Members.
