Will this Meeting on Land Use be on video so all out of Park Residents can be included in the question and answers about commercial land use changes?

Your Admin is thinking about how to accomplish this. This is an important suggestion. The resident forum predecessor, Mik Readinger, attempted this several years ago (he posted a KK audio social on his website)--only to be met with Board censure and hostility, an expensive and really stupid "cease and desist" letter from MANBOD's attorney and a "special meeting" with threats to file a lawsuit against him and possibly me. IMO that is just huff 'n puff and I am inclined to find a means to make the Weds meeting accessible to all. I'm not too keen on the Monday post-KK meeting which should be videorecorded by BOD and posted on CHUG. I will post reactions to the KK content here. Hopefully, the representations will be truthful, accurate and up to date.
We have and have had the technology and ability to post ALL meetings for offsite owners to view on CHUG for years but there is no WILL to do this. There is, however, a will to post KK meetings (unofficial social activity) and church services (religious content). We still do not have board meetings videorecorded for absent owners to view...
