Managers' Report : Good morning
Work continues on the sewage plant. Last week Jewln the engineer came out to follow up on some questions Jhn had with the coating to assure the quality is up to standards. This was a result of Jhn finding some exposed concrete after inspecting one of the tanks. The tank has been recoated and work has moved forward again.
There was a similar issue with the weirs last week. That issue has also been corrected.
There will be a Board of Directors meeting Tuesday June 16th . Some issues that will be addressed are the blue quill lift station, Gate Valves throughout the community that have been planned for repair, appointment of a Board member to fill the vacancy on the Board, and replacement of the Aerostar van for maintenance.
Two weeks ago I was asked to briefly open up to questions from the association after my report for Koffee Klatch. I thought that was a great idea and would like to start this week. So ask away!

2. Clubhouse is too cold after 8pm
3. Move clubhouse generator run time to Thursday
4. Follow up on gate separating Verizon boxes
