Here is the expiration info on the FOR SALE lots in SLR:

As these lots were recorded in preparation for the attorney-recommended Seller Disclosure mailing, a casual title search was done. This revealed that 84% of the lot covenants were expired.
So far, the numbers have come in:
Queen of Waters: 58% expired Stonefly Cr: 81% expired For Sale lots: 84% expired _____________________________
Here is the Seller Disclosure recommended by Attorney to protect Sellers when dealing with potential Buyers during the process of settling the Covenants expiration dispute:

Here is the updated FOR SALE listing. This listing was first compiled in order to send out the required Disclosure notice to all Sellers. It has been updated in anticipation of the modified Disclosure notice that will be recommended for upcoming changes in SLohA's legal status with regard to the Covenants expiration. Sellers in SLR should disclose to Buyers (in writing) any material fact which might affect the value of the property and which is not visible (or reasonably discoverable) to the Buyer. There are 112 homes that have signs. Only 4 of them are listed with an real estate agent. Since the list was first compiled 8 months ago, 23 homes or lots have been sold.
