The boat that Gngr built (or rather the dinghy) was named the "Peggy B" in honor of Coast Guard veteran Peggy Brown. A christening was held last evening an all in attendance enjoyed the ritual planned by Gngr and Lra, including a flag, singing of the Star Spangled Banner, christening by Peggy with Rose Moscato, snacks and good friendship! Here are some photos and I will update with the video as soon as I can get it posted on YouTube so check back!
