A Red Flag needs to be next to the Sewer & Water Reserves.... We are now under $800,000.
I truly think that the Sewer/Water Reserve is way under funded...

I think our leaders are too busy with their noses plastered to this Forum and writing MythBuster pieces, consulting with lawyers about how to avoid being sued, and how to convince owners about the value of financing a multi-million dollar internet business on the property to pay much attention to these unprofitable and mundane issues. |

$3,379.98 PAID to attorneys Brown et all in April.
Only $1,120 was paid from the Budget Line item "Legal Fees".
Where is the remaining $2,259.98 being spent from? What line item of the budget was charged?
My guess: the Sunbank Slush Fund (This individual expenses of this "check" are invisible to owners.)
