ELECTION RESULTS from the February 17, 2012 Election as announced at the Annual Membership Meeting held February 18, 2012
The results of the election are as follows:
The total number of ballots cast was 645 and a total of 626 were eligible.
Ballots discarded due to mutilation or other reason were 19.
Total ballots counted was 626 or 82%.
Election of Directors for 1 year terms:

Election of Directors for 3 year terms:

Clf Jnsn, Kn Lws and Chrly Mnc were elected to the SLohA Board of Directors.
Ratification of the Budget for fiscal year beginning April 1, 2012 until March 31, 2013:
Votes for 468 Votes against 138 Abstained 20
Ratification of the Allocation of the Capital Expenditures/Replacement Funds for fiscal year beginning April 1, 2012 until March 31, 2013:
Votes for 487 Votes against 119 Abstained 20
The Budget and Reserve Allocation passed.
Ratification of night time swimming at the pool & additional lighting at the pool.
Votes for 325 Votes against 291 Abstained 10
The night time swimming and additional lighting at the pool passed.
New officers were elected and announced.
