Minutes WERE posted on the Jan 27 meeting but no Minutes posted on Jan 18th meeting.
The Town H all/Budget Meeting was scheduled for Jan 21, 2012 and there are no Minutes of this; it is unknown which directors attended or if any business was conducted. Here is the Agenda posted on CHUG:

It was moved by Ed Clerk and seconded by Alln Rss that the minutes of Board of Directors meeting of 18 Jan 12 and the special Board of Directors meeting of 27 Jan 12 be adopted as presented.
