Previous/current contract amount for monthly service was $4000.00
TT raised their monthly rate without consulting SLohA which is a breach of contract and makes the agreement null and void. The added amount was not paid by SLohA. TT says they’re losing money on the contract with SLohA and had to raise the rates. Another bid was submitted from Republic Services but was considerably higher. A new agreement with TT is for $6,788.00 per month.
