"Final bill on Tennis Courts---$163,000.00." That's what my friend from S-bag called and relayed to me. And, there are still problems that have not been corrected. As I recall, the bid went to the highest bidder for $134,000.00. The cost is more than 20% over. What happened? Where did the monies come from?
