Has anyone noticed why Bb stab has not signed any contracts with S-bag????WHY
Have you noticed that his business is in his wifes name ?? WHY
Have you noticed that he never got permits to build the towers...??WHY
It seems as if he wants nothing in his name...???WHY
Does this guy have a background. Has the board done a background check on this guy changing our zoning I have a feeling this guy has played this game before and we don't know it.

Why indeed? Eastpolk remarked that the guy at Aurora Camp did not know "who he was getting in bed with". Neither do most homeowners. There might be some answers on the internet. I am not posting this material here; others can post links to public material; links will not be censored but I don't really want to roll around in the mud with a lot of accusations. Just read the court documents posted online and decide for yourself. Heck--maybe there is more than one 73 year-old bazillionaire in software development named Robber B stab! Past business affairs are a matter of public record but certainly awareness of same is cautionary and relevant to the business venture involving SLohA. Maybe we'll get another Mothbusters series!

When writing on this Forum, I have done so with full disclosure. That's why my interest in Just me ' s comments led me on several Internet searches. Shocked when I discovered that those throwing mud at Gngr and myself with so much cruelty and inaccurate information are truly those who were and are covered from head to toe with both mud and dirt.

I searched the internet also and found a Bb St aib in Iowa operating out of 3 towns of Coralville,Davenport and Bettendorf.Could this be the same Bb St aib charged with Defrauding banks to an estimated 26 million and is now hiding out in our back yard. The birth records, marriages and kids are the same. What are the chances???
Have a look at this ones past www.bing.com/search?q=Robber+b+St aib+restitution+appeal&peasee=MOZI&form=MOZSBR

If this is the same guy, then this community is in real trouble if hes allowed to carry on as he has a proven record and fraud is not beyond him.

I was curious after reading justme and Lra above post, so I did a simple Google search. This is a tidbit of one of the things I found on the search:

No sweat
Ch-ch-changes David Bowie didn’t have the Internet in mind when he penned his seminal 1970s hit, “Changes,” but that appears to be the tune at a pair of dot-com companies. David Thomas, chief executive of San Jose portal company BroadQuest, was ousted in a corporate coup. leery Crume, late of Autodesk adsk and Lotus Development Corp., took over the reins last week. Robber stab, former CEO of Coralville, Iowa-based Neural Applications, should be as lucky as Thomas. stab, 57, was recently indicted by a federal grand jury in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on two felony counts of bank fraud. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison, according to U.S. Attorney Stephen Rapp. Federal authorities claim stab last year inflated the value of his stock portfolio twice in the pursuit of $3 million in loans from Guaranty Bank & Trust Co. of Cedar Rapids. In one particularly brazen bid, according to court documents, stab said he owned 645,000 shares of United Airlines, when he held only 120. Law enforcement sources said stab used the money to start a charter plane service that never got off the ground. stab had no comment, and has counter-sued the Cedar Rapids bank. The case is expected to go to trial in January.

Well, no need for a Mothbusters here D-Bag you self-righteous, supercilious (look it up D its not a good word) windbag! Here is the reason D had the audacity to offer from the Pompous Presidential Podium at today's board meeting as to why CHUG refused to post Gary Schever's "Invitation to Discuss" letter to the BOD on CHUG Current Issues.
1. The letter was transmitted from a third party--my computer. The transmittal was preceded by the statement that Mr skeeverse asked me to send it for him (because he is not a computer guy). 2. The letter wasn't signed. Even though D-Bag received a Certified Letter and Hand-delivered letter to 499, he was still in doubt as to authenticity?
It is not hard to see through the BS excuses. D-Bag selectively decided not to post this letter because it might make HIM and Bb stab look like the uncooperative bad guys.
