The current APPEAL is not free--it is $630 for just the application and the attorney has not yet billed for consultation. And, there is an additional level of appeal if the SLohA lawyers that represent BOD and KCNet are successful in blocking this appeal. SLohA's pockets run very deep and are replenished quarterly from your pocketbook. Your board has sole control over spending assessment money on legal fees to pursue their business venture.
