The "skinny" is that many owners bringing in new homes and upgrading driveways etc are getting pretty P***** with the continuing unauthorized "input" of the Manager. Seems Chap is still attempting to control signage, treework, concrete limitations, shed placement and other ridiculous "permissions" etc and owners are angry.
Anyone know of any more examples of Management interference?
Chap: Are you a slow learner? Maybe you need more repetition? I'll say it again. Stop trying to enforce something that is not enforceable, lest owners call "the girls" attorney and SLohA loses another lawsuit.
Chap--Repeat after me: Pink permission slips are meaningless. There are no Covenants. There are no Rules. Even when there was, there WAS NEVER any architectural authority over private property! There is only what Polk County will permit.
Chap, I warned you when you stole my personal property from my yard. If you continue inserting your nose in other peoples' business, you might p*** off someone special and find yourself with a CAM license complaint-- for starters.
