Sounds to me that the ego and arrogance of a particular Board member went too far afield. Are you kidding me? ccccc xxxx in that beautiful exclusive room in the annex? No wonder the rest of S-bag is banned from using that room. And here all along I thought we were protecting the puzzles from missing pieces.

Agenda Item The asterisk on this agenda item does not refer to an explanatory note on the agenda. Perhaps the asterisk was meant to clarify the BOD's previous statement. That group statement was solemnly declared by Internet Bb and the Gang of 9 who insisted that the FCC allowed the towers and "there was nothing anyone could do about it"!
So, is BOD planning to spend even more SLohA money pursuing expensive engineering studies in order to apply for permits for this illegal private business's equipment? Is this supposed to benefit Saddlebaggers?
*While nobody is in SLR in mid-summer, it is a good time to delude Members by self-approving the appropriation of more money from SLohA coffers to benefit a few individuals.

So once again the BODs & Manager have Lied to the residents in SLR. They never had permission from Polk Co., to erect any new towers in SLR. Now I ask, what else have our Leaders Lied to us about? Our BOD & Manager think they are super privileged, SLR's Rules & Regulations do not apply to them. They waste our money on minor Violation Letters to SLR's residents, but Our BOD erects/gives permission to KCNET to erect Internet Towers on common property in SLR. Then our leaders tell us, POLK CO. permits and inspections are not needed. Our Leaders are Chronic Liars!!!

It will not be you or me, that's for sure. Maybe they will look outside of SLR. Let's see, S tambaugh is already able to sign SLR's Checks, so our Leaders do not follow any rules, Mr. B ud Stmbug Ixx gets the prize. Stranger things have happened with this, so called We Know What is Best For You BOD. Has anyone notice that their pants are On-Fire.

It will most likely be one of their own type--one of the old cronies that will step up and agree with anything they want them to and agree with everything they are told. It has to be someone like a happy ass lackey whose mind can be easily manipulated so that they willingly go along and rubber stamp anything and everything the management wants.

A Question to Ask the BOD at todays Meeting, why are we footing the bill for a Engineer to study KCNet business Towers located in SLR. Which by the way nobody ever applied for a Polk County Permit, to erect 6 Communication Commercial Towers in SLR. Also who is paying for the Citation for not getting a permit from Polk Co. Planning & Development. What is the amount of the Fine, for not having a Polk Co. Permit. Maybe we will get the answers to these questions at the Planning & Development Meeting to be held on Thursday August 21st.in Bartow. A meeting to make a decision if these Towers are a Safety issue or not. See Ya in Bartow.
PS. How many residents know about this Tower issues and KCNet's residential land use for a Commercial Business. Just ask Our BODs today at the meeting, what the heck is happening behind closed doors, and do they have minutes of their private meeting in the back-room

The Info on the time schedule should be available soon. Note the phone # to call to verify SLR & Polk Co. Hearing. The time could be changed or the date could be changed. So I would call them on Wednesday Aug.20th to confirm time and date.

Not much about this meeting yet except the drama--a certain Board director shouted "LIAR" at a certain mamager. Not much detail; seemed to have something to do with documentation. The report came from several sources thought to be credible reporters. When the video of the meeting is viewed, the detail will be revealed.
This is SECOND "Liar" shouted at IT in several months. The Forum has been shouting LIAR for years.
Appears to be going viral.

Please explain to me about Chain Link Fence Prices. It cost $12,000 plus to replace a fence around a Tennis Court, but it only Cost $4,000 plus to replace a fence 3 plus times longer, around SLR's Maintenance Yard. Are those cost for fencing a typo or do the amounts need to be reversed? Nether Fence Needs to be Replaced, just fix and paint them. Plus $130,000 for A Tennis Court, is the surface heated or what? I can buy a damn nice double wide home for a $130,000.
Also, our Board is misleading the Residents about the Kay c-Net Commercial Communication Towers. Kay c-Net erected his Commercial Enterprise Towers, without first apply for a Polk Count Permit and a Structural Engineers Study. So what Happens? SLohA gets a Citation from Polk County Code Enforcement, plus a public hearing was scheduled for Thursday, August 21st. But SLR or Kay c-Net requested that the Polk Co. Public Hearing be postponed until sometime in September. Now the Question is: Who is footing the cost of a Citation, the Study and the Permit Fees. Is it B ob Sta ild or his wife or is our Manager paying for the cost. I will Bet you that you & I will be paying for this Commercial Enterprise known as Kay c-Net operating out of his home on Grey Hackle, for his illegal Tower Cost. They All Lied To Us, on several occasions about this Kay c-Net Business and our BOD's involvement in B ob's Kay c-Net. We,the Residents have to get the necessary Polk County Permits, but Bb Stailb and Our BODs are a privileged group, so they think, we will do as we please, the hell with permits. So Now We All Get To Go To A Future Polk County's Office of Planning & Development Open Public Hearing. I can not wait. ;-)

Oh and let's not forget that all this is THE OWNERS' fault for complaining to Polk County!
Hell's Bells! What is going on with this group? Owners are paying to enable Bb stab's business to continue to trespass on our property--against our Covenants and incidentally against Polk County Building Code Enforcement and Land Planning departments.
BOD does not represent the owners; they are obviously working for other interests.
So...to review....Not only do residents have to spend their golden years fighting against a board who may be seeking to enrich itself, and and private commercial business with an illegal assessment for a mandatory unwanted service that, if unpaid, could let them take your home away from you..
-owners also must pay for an attorney to bring a breach of covenants lawsuit against our own association to compel them to obey SLohA laws...
-AND pay the cost of a forensic audit of the books to assure ourselves that our representatives have not cheated us blind and executed too many reserves and are simply spewing out doctored "financials" every month--(correction: every other month or so when someone notices and says something publicly)...
-AND, the process of exposing MANBOD misdeeds and ridding KCN from the legitimate conduct of the park has brought the wrath of AK down upon the lowly masses and OWNERS are now to blame because the Commercial business--KCN-- did not acquire any permits for its many towers pockmarking our beautiful park...
-AND OWNERS are appealing to Polk County to DO SOMETHING and enforce the PUD (Planned Unit Development)
-AND Owners must take a day away from the golf course or or reschedule a doctor's appointment to attend a public hearing against KCN AND SLohA
AND, Owners are further BLAMED by our elected representatives for pursuing our covenanted right to be free of commercial enterprise operating in the park and requiring the BOD to enforce the Covenants! But, the BOD is too busy persecuting owners about their porches and carports to look at the chaos and hostility they are creating.

Yes, you did miss one Ms. Baglady! Owners will most likely have to pay lawyer fees and court costs for the mamager when I proceed with getting her charged with providing false information to law enforcement and tampering with an ongoing police investigation.
She may not understand that in Polk County you must prove your innocence once charged, I can certainly prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did willfully commit these infractions. I wish her good luck, nothing personal.....well, maybe just a little bit personal!
