One would look at the manager and members of the board of directors and say the above also applies to them as well. In fact, while reading the above visions of them all and their hypocrisies were clear as the nose on my face.

Spoke with Polk County Sheriffs Dept. and was informed that in Bartow, in the court house is the County Attorney's office and they investigate fraud and would be very interested as to why 4 requests for SLohA bank statements Hayvn't been answered.

I thought KCN was lightning free, why all of the problems now. The China Hackers, I thought was stated at the last BOD in June. Now a days, you don't know who to believe. I personally would not care to have any unsecure internet service.

Because of this, President Brdn requested that the agenda be changed to allow for motions, etc., be addressed first in hopes that we can complete the majority of BOD necessary business before any possible interruption. True, in general, but there is no assurance--obviously, Kay c's internet has been found and hacked.

Where is there any evidence of that?  Property values have nosedived everywhere regardless of amenities--if the presence of internet "made property values go up"--that factor would have been identified ages ago.  S-bag property values are staying even since 2010, after nosediving in 2008.  This is easy to verify by looking at Polk County Property Appraiser's website which publishes the sales prices of each transaction. 

Property values typically reflect the old truism--location.  Talk to real estate agents and ask them what their customers are asking for.  In the top end, Buyers tend to want the gated, exclusive environment which usually has an HOA.  Increasingly, the middle market is specifying specifically NO HOA both for cost control and headache control.  In this market and this neighborhood, a disproportionate # of sales come from within--they churn among owners/renters and families. 

An internet amenity makes no difference in SLR; people are already carrying their internet on smartphones and aircards because they are only vacationing here and do not need or want a fixed land signal to pay for.  This has been polled twice and people have said NO twice to fixed signal service.  DB's insistence that reality is otherwise is reflected by the many dishes and antennas mounted on and about his home and maintained there despite his statement that "he has not made a penny off KCN".   DB's belief about Kay c's actual or potential influence on property value is due to factors inside DB's head that are not reflected in the community opinion, as polled on two occasions two years apart.  What do you think those factors might be?

The important factor is--location--buyers want to be near friends/family and if they have a home in S-bag, they will buy here.  Increasingly in the outside world, a factor that carries a great deal of weight is the presence of an HOA, which requires greater income for loan qualification and with whom banks are regarding as a significant risk factor for a loan.  For the public, informed investment in SLR's situation will be assessed as moderately risky (many premises liabilities, several actual and potential lawsuits), potentially costly (special assessments for sewer, increasing assessments), divided (Board and Management company against the owners)--in general--a troubled community to avoid.
