I would bet a dime to a dollar that one of the backers for this venture is Morris Satellite located on North Scenic Hwy. He has one of Bb's antennas and I have observed his guys installing stuff for Bb at Lake Aurora and others homes. The most important thing to remember here is that once Brighthouse upgrades the system out here it will make his obsolete virtually overnight. Brighthouse has already started the permit and drawing process so it is only a matter of time, they are doing this because Nalcrest and Lakeshore have threatened to not renew their big fat bulk contracts unless highspeed internet and HD tv are included. Paul Corley Morris filed this DBA with Secretary of State 6/18/15. Perhaps this is the "firm" that stab referred to that had been hired to take over day to day operations

Dec. 4 -- Federal authorities on Thursday charged well-known Eastern Iowa entrepreneur Robber stab of Coralville, who claims a net worth exceeding $145 million, with bank fraud for allegedly misrepresenting those assets.
stab, 56, chairman and CEO of Neural Applications, a software firm, also operates Iowa Jet Services. He was arrested late Thursday afternoon in Iowa City on a U.S. Attorney's complaint charging he defrauded Guaranty Bank & Trust Co. of Cedar Rapids.
The complaint alleges stab guaranteed a $1.25 million loan from Guaranty with a stock certificate purporting he owned 100,000 shares of United Airlines.
The government alleges the stock certificate is not authentic and that the FBI could find only 120 shares of United stock registered to stab.

I'm not sure I understand this thing with Bb stab. It sounds like he formed a company and then formed another one for which he took out loans to pay for the first one? Isn't that what he is doing here? So far, he has at least two companies. Like a lot of business men he put it in his wife Virginia's name. Perhaps he did that in Iowa with his wife's name of Bar bra at that time. I may be a little slow, but is this a Ponzi scheme? And are all the board member's wives named as owners instead of the guys?

It now makes sense, Bb St aib has stated in the past that he does not believe in any types of agreements or contracts. "I do business on a hand shake"

Recently back on Aug. 4, 2015 Appeal Case PD 73-08, the land use modification of common property in SLohA ( S-bag Lake Owners Association) was Approved by a 4 to 0 vote. Mr & Mrs stabs Home Use Permit for a Internet Provider Business (KCnetwork) at 28 Greyhackle in S-bag Lake Resort, I believe was also approved. I do not know if any special conditions were put in place, as part of the approval for the Permit.
The reason for my question is because their has been some changes to the residents home. Bb & Virginia stab have Vacated the building on 28 Greyhackle as of Sept.24, 2015. The Building is still on the lot at 28 Greyhackle, along with all of the Corporations Equipment and Communication Tower with guy-wires, yellow post as support. KCnetworks employees now have complete access to his old residents, to use for storage of various antennas and other parts needed to maintain Bb & Virginia Commercial ISP Corporation.
My question is, if the House on 28 Greyhackle is no longer their primary living quarters as of Sept. 24, 2015, does their relocation of residence to # 20 Greyhacke have any effect on his Residential Home Business Use Permit that was issued to their old residence #28 GH.
Is one of the Polk County requirements for his Permit, do you have to occupy the residence
( PS. This Tower on the property at 28 GH does not appear to Be Safe)..

Hello, This is Jame Ath a resident/owner in S-bag Lake Resort, this is my 2nd request for Information about the stab family ISP Organization (KCNet) Owner Virginia stab. The stabs have vacated the 28 Greyhackle Residents, they now live on 20 Greyhackle. Does that change in residents have any effect on this Home Permit issued for 28 Greyhackle? It is presently used for his/her KCNet employees, ISP Equipment and storage of supplies. The Office shared with peasee-Nerd (A front for KCNets Business Office) has gone Out of Business, it was located on Route 60 just east of Lake Wales.
I thank you for any help in understanding this situation in SLR.

I spoke to Mr. stab after receiving Mr. Ath's e-mail. Mr. stab's father lives at 20 Greyhackle. He is currently in a nursing home and is in very bad health. Father stab is expected to be diagnosed terminal at any time. He has requested to die at home, so at when that diagnosis is rendered, plans are for him to return home. Mr stab and his wife are making arrangements at 20 Greyhackle to stay with Father stab during his last days. They have not moved from their home and this relocation is temporary medical necessity. The owner of Computer Nerd is Mr. & Mrs. stab's son. Per Mr. stab, the hardware for KCnetwork is located there, so whether the Computer Nerd business has closed permanently or not, as far as I know that remains the primary location of KCnetwork's hardware. While I did not discuss the son with Mr. stab, perhaps he plans to reside at Mr. & Mrs. stab's home while they care for father stab. HANK SMITH

Over 1 year has past since the above was posted on this Forum and we still are in the dark, about this new corporation.
The one thing we do know is Mr. Robber St aib has not told the truth in his past business adventures in Iowa. He was found guilty of fraud in a Federal Court in Iowa, fined and spent time in a federal prison.
In my opinion it looks like we have been played like fools !

If the Management company is looking for an "iron clad" agreement does that mean they are assuring owners that we will NOT be sued if an accident, injury or .Act of God occurs? What about maintenance, up-date to equipment and insurance coverage.

Where is Polk County Code Enforcement on the issue of Citations to SLohA. Do we have a Engineer's approved study on the illegal Towers in SLR. Has the Citation Fines been paid? Who paid for these cost? Does SLohA have the Permits for said Towers? Who paid for the Permits? Who is responsible for these Towers? Are these Towers Insured? By Whom? Does SLohA have A Lease Agreement on said Towers. Lease Agreement, with who? What Corporation, Names Please! Is it Bb stab, Virginia, Kn, D, Bd, Please give us some Names of the Corporate Board ! Why do we have so many vehicles at different times of the day, at 28 Gray-Hackle, that is Bb and Virginia stabs old residents. Yes ! They have move 4 doors up the street....

The Oct.14th,2015 Board of Directors Meeting, had New Business on the Agenda about Virginia & Robber St aib's KCNetwork.
"Bill of Sale/Lease Agreement with KCNetwork".
This Item on the Agenda was never discussed back in Oct.of 2015, and has never been discussed or mentioned to this day. (Feb.12,2016).
This Sale/Lease Agreement with KCNetwork can not happen, because the KCNetwork's Towers in SLohA are in Violation! The Towers to this day have never had a Engineer Study done by one who Specializes in Tower Structures, plus these KCNetwork Towers to this day have never been Permitted by Polk County. The Towers may not even be covered by our new Insurance Co. from the States Risk Pool. IMO, the Towers were Illegal in the beginning and to this day are still Illegal Structures on SLohA's Common Property. They still have outstanding Citations written by Polk County Code Enforcement.
Looking back at Robber B. Sta ib's past track record, it does not surprise me at all, about his behavior, he is a pro at Illegal Planning.
Do You Think SLohA and Counsel maybe having 2nd. thoughts on a Agreement with a convicted felon?
After 5 months have past and not a word. I sure do !

The motivation behind this "dropbox" corporate address has me mystified. The former address was an obvious attempt to get around the zoning laws which precluded commercial businesses in S-bag. But the recent ruling by the Polk County Plan Commission would appear to have eliminated that conflict. Could it be that this has something to do with Bb stab's former legal troubles in Iowa? Are creditors still looking for him? To quote Alc in Wonderland, "Things are getting curiouser and curiouser".

So when my GPS told me we were here, I was not to surprised to see the Lake Wales Storage Facility Sign on Rt. 60 E., it was about 3pm when I arrived at the Storage Facility. I was thinking this is the correct address #3249, so all I'm seeing is Green Storage Lockers, the security gate is open, so I proceed to drive thru the gate, looking for maybe a green storage locker with a sign stating; KCNetwork (Suite 13). This facility has many storage lockers and you can tell the Owner takes great pride in the businesses curb appeal .(A Clean A-Plus Facility) So I drive through out the lot, looking for Suite 13, well I did find a green storage locker, but the locker number was like #2013.
Now it becomes quite obvious that a KCNetwork Suite # 13 at this Lake Wales Storage is a very Misleading Fraudulent Lie. I then drove to the Storage Facilities Office located near the front security gate. I then proceed to the office's front counter with my copy of the Contact Information for KCNetwork, that I printed from the KCNetwork's site I found on a Google search. Two very nice ladies greeted me at the front counter, I told them that I was looking for KCNetwork's Suite 13. I showed them the printed copy, that claims contact can be made at this address and suite 13. They took a quick look at Contact Information sheet. One of the ladies kind of smiles, and then she states that they have a Personal Mail Box Service, which Mrs. Virginia stab from KCNetwork is presently using. So I said are we talking about a PMB 13 assigned to KCNetwork, and she stated yes. I then said boy, that is very deceiving, I am looking to make contact with someone associated with KCNetwork at Suite 13, at this address. I then asked the ladies if they were aware KCNetwork was using their business address so potential KCNet customers could make contact with the internet service provider? The answer was No, we are only providing our Personal Mail Box service to Mrs. Viriginia stab.
So I thanked both of them and told them my name, then proceeded to my car. I then decided to take a couple more photos from the, parking lot, a road view, to add to 1 photo of LW. Storage green storage lockers on my cell phone camera.
I left and drove into town, then stopped at the ice cream cone place, just had to get by then a large chocolate cone. I moved to a shady spot with my ice cream cone, to ponder the information I had just received from Lake Wales Storage Facility.
My first thought was Bb has not changed one bit from his fraudulent lying days back in Coralville, Iowa. I mean, to post "False" Contact Information about KCNetwork on the Internet, that will be available on the Internet forever, that just does not go-away in the future, it is out there for all to see.
Mr. stab did not spend almost 3 yrs in a Federal Prison for telling the truth. In my humble opinion, Mr. Robber B. stabb Jr. has a major problem with telling the truth. Just take the time, and look into his past to present fraudulent ways he does business. If one wants to really know his true character trait, one usually only has to talk to the ex-wife. The one that ends up holding the bag. Maybe even look into what the Iowa Federal Court, & The Honorable Judge Hill, had to say about Mr. stab, during the Federal Court proceedings. The Judge Hill's opinion about him is well documented, and it is a Public Record.
Now, ask yourself these questions:
(1) Why are all of his/KCNetworks assets in Virginia stabs name only? Does he have outstanding debt, from the multi-million dollar fines imposed by the Federal Court System? (2) Why does he prefer to do business on a hand shake? In his own words at a past Board Work-Shop. (3) How many outright lies does one person have to tell, before one has to ask themselves, is this person capable of being honest with self or anyone else? (4) A new organization, a lease agreement with SLohA, KCNetwork Contact Information at: 3249 State Rt. 60 E. Suite 13. It is all Bull S--- ! Note: "Suite 13" is not listed on the Official recorded mailing address for KCNetwork llc in the present Annual Report. In my humble opinion, that is why it is so misleading to potential customers who see the Contact Information on the Web. Plus, The stabs are misleading facts on The Annual Report. This not a business address. Business is not conducted there. It is a business mailing address.
Where would the Sheriff serve a court order in the event of a lawsuit against KCNetwork?

The stabs have a commercial "home-occupied" business in a vacated house. The stabs do not live at 28 GH any more. They have moved to his dad's residence on GH. He has stated to the Polk Co Code Dept it is a temporary needed move. The Polk County Code Dept. has just taken Bobbbs word as truth. Now, how can anyone still believe this crap, these residents moved several months ago.
What is the definition of "temporary"? What is the "limit"?

Here is the Corporate Annual Report for 2016 showing the various addresses used by KioskCenters dba KCNetwork. I wonder which one they will choose to enter into an "agreement" that has been in the making for nearly a year.
