How in the World can someone possibly believe this statement made by: Robber stabb Jr. on "Chug's Current Issues" January 26,2015

My wife and my father both noticed a dramatic improvement in my health during the time that I had been working on this project and both suggested that I may be uniquely qualified to give Saddlebaggers something they badly needed. I ultimately told several Board Members that if I had a written commitment from every Board Member that they woul;d vote to approve a project where I agreed to provide all of the money needed to build any new towers that were needed and to clean up the old towers and install new modern radios, that I would agree to do so. I specifically said that "I don't ever want to be accused of running a business in the Resort and I need to be sure that the Board has the authority to Grnt my request."
I received emails from every Board Member agreeing to my request. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

First, nothing that he said would surprise me. There is no integrity. This is a pathetic and transparent attempt to distance himself from what the future would bring.
Secondly, he obviously had a phalanx of lawyers at his fingertips and regularly proclaimed that he would S u e anybody who spoke out against his actions/intentions. Since he did, one would assume that he ran this by his attorney and was advised that the Board of Directors did not have the authority to approve his proposal. (I suppose THAT legal consultation "got lost" along with all those memos from board directors.) The reason such a proposal is outrageous is because the Covenants provide the common property be maintained by the Association --through its elected directors. Covenants do not give 5 individuals authority to divert the intended use of nature and recreational common property for a commercial venture.
Even IF the BOD each gave individual written permission, that was bogus and stab knows it. In order to acquire a burden of expenses on new capital equipment common to ALL parcels--the owners would have to vote on it. Robber berns stab knew this, and if he didn't--the Board of Directors did!
It is my opinion that the Board of Directors knew that this was a breach of fiduciary based on a statement made by Kn Lws when he informed stab that the membership would NEVER approve a Grnt of $20,000 for this business on common property.
This is another lie by Robber berns stab. It is the nature of liars to embed their lies in a tidal wave of words and phrases and explanations and excuses and protests and proclamations....

Here are some direct quotes from the involuntary bankruptcy court documents. When reading these, consider that the person they refer to has manipulated S-bag owners from the start. MANBOD states that it is, incredibly, considering entering into a business agreement with KCNetwork, subjecting ALL Owners to future expense and liability.
This excerpt is being reproduced as an "easy read" because the master documents are over 30 pages of legal-speak. As distasteful as it is to be subjected to this kind of thing, this issue should not be forgotten as corporate SLohA struggles to remedy past major missteps and attempts to achieve a stable financial and risk-managed future.
Robber berns stab and his wife were the sole owners of Iowa Jet.
The purchase was secured and guaranteed by his and his then-wife's personal assets. These are described in the court documents.
In Dec 1998, the first payment checks written...and bounced due to insufficient funds.

2nd Year Anniversary!... KCNetwork & The Big Boys... A New Corporation is Born...
Two Years ago today this Thread was Created & Posted (Sept. 13, 2014)(1:43 am).
A lot of water has flowed under the bridge in 2 yrs, and we have also gained a lot of wisdom in 2 years. One of the most important pieces of information uncovered in 2015, has been about Mr. Robber B. stabs past criminal behavior in Coralville, Iowa, and his problems about telling the truth and his deceitful character defects.
A couple of past Presidents of the Board of Directors, Kn Lws and Norly D. Brnd have played a active role in promoting Mr. stabs adventures in KCNetwork. More about Mr. Lws and Mr. Brnd's involvement in KCNetwork will come to light in time.
But what is Amazing, in the past 2 years on S-bag.Boards.net this thread has 66 replies and 2,022 views. This thread is only (1) of many threads on this Forum.....
But 2,022 views on this one thread and growing daily is truly something, and not (1) viewer out of (2,022) has cH allenged the facts.

I do not blame Mr. Robber stab and his wife (Virginia) for vacating the residence, who would care to live in such a dysfunctional ugly environment. Now What Do You Say !
